All interviews at WFM are conducted by panels. Meaning that the candidate sits in a room with 5-17 people for about an hour. The candidate typically gets 10 minutes for an opening statement, is asked questions for about 45 minutes, and gets 5 minutes for a closing statement. Candidates are generally informed if they got the job or not that same day.
