Lengthy; putting together a panel to conduct the interview was less than timely due to the variety of individuals (7 on the panel) necessary to proceed. Interview itself was highly professional and polished. Regional President attended and was very much engaged in the process. Assembled group from many disciplines. Quick-fire question and answer session kept me engaged and active in this phase as diversity of questioning addressed a multitude of different segments within the organization. Questioners were well-prepared and thoughtful in their queries.
