I did an interview at a hiring day event. I spoke to the Team Leaders from two different departments and was offered the job on the spot. It was all pretty standard interview questions. They did not let me negotiate my wage.

Tell me about a time you gave excellent customer service. Tell me about a time you went out of your way to help someone.
Talking about your past experiences, and answering some situational questions related to the job. How you dealt with conflicts with coworkers and with customers, and how you resolved it. Pretty short and easy questions.

Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
