Interview
After applying, I received a phone call from the store's shopper manager just a few days later. During the call, she inquired about my customer service experience and availability. Additionally, she requested me to complete a paid online training, which I gladly agreed to. Following the training, I received an email outlining all the details for my first day at the store. The efficient and friendly communication from the manager made me feel excited and well-prepared for my new role.
Was very easy and quick. They asked simple questions and were mainly focused on my ability to work. They asked my availability and how soon I'm able to work at the store.
Easy interview, asked basic things like tell me about yourself past jobs/experience. Took about 10-15 minutes and then had a second interview that was about 5 minutes with someone else and was offered the position
