I got in by reference (the got an interview the day after a feiend referred me) so I had 4 one-on-one, in person interviews. My situation was unique since the department leader was on vacation and they were short staffed in the higher management ranks so I had an initial interview with the future assistant store leader, then asked to come in the next day. The second day I was interviewed by the store leader and two other members from my department (got a yes from all three) and bam got on offer right there. The interview was just like a normal conversation and was in a food court area which set a pretty chill tone for it all.

I walked in and asked about my interview then they sent two employees. Both of them asked me 2 questions, then answered my question about the orientation process before ending the interview.

Completed the online assessment and then within two weeks I received a phone call to set up a in person interview. In person was straight forward, one in person interview that followed with a phone call that offered the job.
