Panel interview with the Team Leader and two other team members. The questions were mainly situational questions regarding how to handle unruly customer interactions and managing team members. The offer is extended right after the interview.

What would you do if you ask a team member to cover someone's break on the register, and they say they don't want to because they have been on the register all day already?

Interview
I submitted an application on the website, after 3 months I was interviewed by the team lead, who asked me about the specifics of my work history and my work ethics. She was very friendly welcoming and explain the duties and responsibilities she was hiring. After meeting with her I received a second interview after a week to meet with the assistant team lead and the store manager, this second interview focus more on the principles that lead the whole foods culture. So it's important for anyone that's interviewing to highlight how their work experience alliance already with the whole foods principles which are listed in the website.
