Wikando interview questions

The process took 4 steps: initial screening with the hiring manager, study case (create a marketing plan for launching the product in a different market), presenting the study case in a second interview, interview with the founder, and offer. Following receiving the contract, I requested to speak with the hiring manager and HR to elaborate on further questions about company culture, work process, and team settings and attempted a mild negotiation of the proposed salary package or benefits. Following that (it was a Friday), I accepted the offer on Monday, only for it to be rescinded the next day. The company mentioned they had doubts about my candidacy because I had asked many questions and wanted to review the contract over the weekend, then told me they were interviewing another candidate and might still consider me. 5 days later, I received a final rejection. Overall, a disappointing experience.
