The interview process was the smoothest I've had in a long time. It was very conversational, informative and didn't feel like being grilled. It was three stages, from the first stage it was made clear what the rest of the process and timeline would look like. The first two stage were two conversational video calls, and the final stage was a group assessment in the office. This was planned really well, it was a good mix of informative/ them selling the company to us and then them gauging what we would bring.
It was a group assessment, so was not nerve wracking, we did all the activities in set groups and the activities were fun and light hearted, whilst seeing how we worked with others and what we could bring.
