Lengthy interview process where you meet on 3 separate occasions, once with HR, then with a hiring manager, then a 2 hour panel interview. Each interview was basically the same questions read from a piece of paper by a new person. Salary was not competitive after learning more about the position and I ultimately declined the offer after a short back and forth on my worth.
