The interviews was quite straight forward, I was surprised at how quickly I got the job. I would say the overall interview process was good. The person who interviewed me was friendly.
Interview process was pretty easy. Met with the area manager and the store manager to discuss my strengths and weaknesses. Two interviews and good response times, no waiting around which was good

Interview
very simple almost like a casual conversation they asked around 5 questions and then they will go straight into asking about hours and availability all together it was about an hour long. I found it helpful to relate the questions to how past experiences i’ve had at work and my personal life. one thing i picked up on that my interviewer found quite impressive was my use of “buzz words” such as collaboration, flexible, leadership etc.

Interview
Online questionnaire and then you are invited in for a face to face interview. Face to face interview was easy enough but staff did not like she wanted to be there at all and was drinking an energy drink throughout.
