I submitted an Offer to Rejoin the University. A couple of months later, the Dean of the College of Education called to confirm when I would be available. Thereafter, the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs called and I was subsequently scheduled by an HR Staff for an interview the next day. As a former employee, I was only asked a few questions - What was I doing for the 3 years I had been away? Why did I want to return?
