Interview
Written test followed by on-site one-on-one with VP Engineering, and a panel interview with their design group based in Dallas. The complete interview process from first e-mail to end of decision-making was handled quite efficiently, completed in about 3 weeks.

Written test: Cascade analysis, basics of RF power conversion linear-log and vice-versa. Basics of analog design (NPN bias).
On-Site Interview: video-conference call with design group in Dallas. Discussions focused mainly on past experience and work.
