Short phone interview followed by in person interview. No major technical questions as the position was for fresher. The first round was phone round followed by in person interview. The in person interview was conducted by Tech Lead Naveen and Founder Madhu.

Easy Interview process at world's worst company. There's no HR in this company. CEO Madhu Eadara will ask you to come in person and will negotiate you to work for as cheap as you can. Even roadside vendor can earn more than you get at Winbold.
