It was more of a GD than an interview. I was selected and post which I enquired about the budget for this job. I was holding offers at the time and considering Wipro's budget I said no to them as I had better offers and their budget was very low. HR agreed upon increasing the CTC and during HR discussion, it was also confirmed as per my desire. I finished document verification within a week and was told offer letter will be released post that. 3 weeks gone by and still no offer letter, and I kept receiving vague answers from the HR without any firm answers. By this time my other offers,even after multiple extensions had already been expired. After a month, the HR confirms that they wont be able to offer how much they had previously agreed as it wasn't approved. Well, I was speechless. The offer had now come down by 3 Lakhs almost, thats how much my previous employer was paying me. All they could say was Sorry. Also, one other HR even blocked me coz I had started following up with her on the 3rd week for the release of my offer letter. WORST experience ever !
