Accounting manager was nice. Met with him on the phone first and was asked to come in and do an assesment test. Office was very quiet but staff seemed nice. Assesment was not hard, look like an old high school test. Interviewed with the owner who was very cocky and petty. Personality type was things are his way or highway. Like people are afraid to say anything negative to him. Would not recommend at hall. Make sure to read all the company reviews because after meeting him I believe the negative reviews are absolutely true!
Staff was polite, but when the owner came was condescending and rude. they asked the typical questions and give you a paper exam testing your cognitive skills. AVOID this place at all costs! High turnover in Accounting Dept.

Interview
1st interviewed was with HR. Second interview met with a group in a room lasting about an hour of answering numerous questions. Interview was not difficult just felt long and somewhat interrogation styled. Note there is an aptitude and excel test given which was based on how many questions you could answer correctly in a short period of time. You need to recall high school algebra, work out logic word problems (association rules), be quick with fractions and be proficient with excel. Tough the office was clean, building was nice with ample parking I found the work place extremely too quiet , caught the sense it was a very strict work environment with employees looking scared as they passed by.
