I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer
Interview
Multi-step but relatively speedy process including phone interviews with recruiter, then hiring manager, then prospective senior colleague, then director. This was followed by in person informal second interview with hiring manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were thought-provoking and challenging without being aggressive and “gotcha”. One question regarded to what extent, if any, I see myself as a “driver” and asked me to provide examples.
It was good and relatively informal. They asked questions about my background and relevant sales experience. 3 rounds of interviews, the last one being a group setting. They asked for two references as well.
Very professional and straight forward. Great company to be part of and interesting projects. Interviews are 2-3 stages and engaging. I suggest preparing before the interview and the job profile.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Sydney) in May 2020
Interview
Very thorough but fair. Multi layered through the ranks of the organisation, starting with hr manager, the peers, then manager, the global management. Was encourage by the external recruiter to prep success stories and question to ask. Good tip.
