I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (The Hague) in Oct 2019
Interview
First you have a Skype interview with a recruiter and then he presents your profile to the PM team which decides if you could be a good match.
Then you are invited for an on site interview (I was invited almost 3 weeks after the initial Skype call which I found very long).
The interview itself was rather easygoing, you talk about the company, why you want to join, the role and you are finally asked some basic PM questions. In addition you talk briefly about your previous experiences.
After the interview I had to wait almost 3 weeks again just to get a non-sense response that my background and qualifications do not match this role. Now I don't know what happened and it's none of my concern but this kind/level of response is ridiculous and the level of feedback is zero. (I've been a PM and also have an MSc in related topics but fair enough, they might have interviewed someone with more experience which is understandable).
The response they gave is the response you give to someone who just applied and you letting him/her know the reason he/she wont be considered not to waste anyone's time. It's not a response you give to someone who you've already interviewed twice which therefore means you've already checked and approved his background/qualifications for the specific role he/she applied for.
This is a response that shows that they don't have proper HR and/or their internal processes are somewhat messy.
Waited almost 3 months to hear that.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer in Aug 2024
Interview
They were very open honest and quick in my interview process. I was able to speak with my recruiter and recieve an offer within about a week and a half. The interviews were conversational vs. Overly formal.

Question 1
What project artifact do you find most beneficial in your project management process.
There was an initial presentation call, followed by a video call with the hiring manager and HR. I'm not sure if there were additional steps because I did not proceed further with the selection process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (New York, NY)
Interview
Long process with many interviews. Took a lot of time to schedule. Everyone had a different agenda in their questions which was confusing. The whole process didn’t feel welcoming to be honest.
