Multiple video interviews following a phone screen with the recruiter. Major focus on prior relevant experience as and accomplishments. WK spent a lot of time describing the current situation and needs of the organization. Everyone I met and were interviewed by were pleasant and professional. Following the multiple functional interviews, WK scheduled a second and final interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, WK did not feel obligated ever to follow up after the interview. A follow up email was sent to the recruiter after a week as I was entertaining multiple other positions/offers. Never received a response and was effectively ghosted. The experience alone tells me more than I needed to know about working at WK.
