HR never answers the phone. They would not respond to emails. Did not even informed whether you selected or rejected. It is a one way communication and that is they call you when they need to. But never receive or respond to your calls or emails either. Also it sounded like interviewer was having lack of knowledge and lack of experience in interviewing experienced resources. He would look for specific answer that only he has in his mind...any other explanation or answer does not matter. I was getting interviewed for architect role and he did not even know the design patterns. Also there is no respect to your time. It was supposed to be one hour interview. It lasted for 1 hour 45 mins...and after that I am still waiting to hear back from them. Least you could do is inform the candidate about the outcome..not asking anything more.
