I apply on the website they have. They emailed me in about 1-2 weeks to schedule an interview. And after the interview, they sent me an offer within like 2 weeks.

That if I have some coding experience on the language they want, and if I'm okay with it if I don't know some.
I went through a two-stage interview process involving a phone interview with the CEO and a Skype interview with two senior developers - one focused on full-stack development and the other on backend development. It was a rigorous process, but I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills and connect with the company's leadership and technical team.
