Candidates interviewing for Software Engineer and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Software Engineer and roles were rated as the easiest.
Recruiter recorded first call and did not ask any questions. Had a monologue about my CV for 10 minutes. Second interview was with the head of hr, who didn’t ask a single skill based interview question. Asked me why I studied A and not B. Very questionable interviewing for an HR professional.

It was a good process. The first interview was technical interview followed by a HR interview followed by Directors interview. the overall interview process was a good with difficulty ranging from easy to average.
