My interview process was great. Right from the start my onsite recruiter was helpful and informative. I had a phone interview with the recruiter then with the Director of Talent Management, both were able to answer any questions I had for them about the job and Work Market. After both phone calls, I was brought in to meet the Director of Talent and the COO/President of WM. It was one of the greatest interviews I had ever had.
