Very poor practices by the recruiter who had me schedule a call on her calendar. She gave a 2 ring call 30 minutes before the scheduled time, sent a passive aggressive email implying I had not picked up (I called the number back immediately but it was their generic company welcome message) and then did not respond after I responded courteously that I was indeed available. It ended up taking up an hour of my time of waiting around for her with no response, no follow up, and no apology for HER getting the wrong time. It makes me think it was clearly not a serious interview offer, which is very frustrating given how busy our schedules are. Oh well, bullet dodged and hope this helps someone else save some of their precious time.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Workplace Options (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I had a video screening call that just asked some general questions about my experience and approach. Then, I had to complete an assessment recording my voice to respond to Clients. The last step is the interview with the clinical team. Still waiting for the last interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Workplace Options (Ghent) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very friendly introduction of the company. They gave a lot of information what was easy to form a global image of the company. Which made it easier to go in on the offer.
