Got a call describing the job process. Was informed about a training/orientation session that'd take place before final selection. Sat through nearly 1.5 hrs of someone reading out PDFs. I had clarified that I'd be starting a week after the orientation and they had confirmed at the time, but when I texted a week later about my availability, I got no response.
