XLP Capital interview questions

- Applied through college career website, and got a response from HR within few weeks Interviewed with MD directly - Very friendly and no technical question people hate python and java

Applied online, initial phone call with HR, followup phone call with MD. Each interview was behavioral and very straightforward. Expect the typical questions such as strength, weakness, leadership, etc. Also do some research on the company. It would be a great plus to know their three segments and what they do.
