Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and received a quick response to schedule an interview. The position was on behalf of one of their clients. The interview itself went very well, and they mentioned they would get back to me within a few days. However, I never heard back from them. Despite sending two polite follow-up emails, I didn’t receive any reply. Of course, interview outcomes can be positive or negative, but employers should always communicate results transparently. Ignoring candidates after an interview is simply unacceptable.
