To clarify, no offers were extended for the BA/PM Intern position from interviews conducted in August 2025. Our interview process is intentionally designed to be challenging and demanding, as even interns at Xeptagon work directly on real-world projects with top-tier global clients. As a policy, we aim to give interns meaningful exposure and responsibility from the very beginning, which is why situational and problem-solving questions are part of our standard assessment.
At the same time, professionalism and respect are core to our values. We will carefully review this feedback to ensure that every candidate’s experience reflects the standards we uphold.
