Application included resume, cover letter, and one way video interview Q/A submissions. Had an initial interview with someone who will assess your skill level and overall fit for the job. If you pass that round you move on to the second interview.

What are the different office 365 licenses/subscriptions? What is the process for building automatic inbox archiving? Can you build SMTP in Exchange/365? How do you know if a user mailbox has been moved to the cloud? Do you know what DirSync is? What is it used for?
It was a remote video interview using teams. The process was very straight forward and to the point with questions about my skills or experience. I was also given a chance to talk about and describe my own experiences in previous roles

They asked me various technical questions relating to troubleshooting issues, like how to setup scan to email
I'd respond if this were legitimate, but it is not. This is the same former employee that posted on July 2 and July 4th (and many other dates over the past several months which Glassdoor has taken down for violations.)
