I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xero (Wellington, Wellington) in Jul 2014
Interview
I came in through the graduate program, which involved a different process to the standard interview process. About 40 of us were offered a place on the graduate recruitment day, after submitting C.V's to Xero. During the recruitment day, we had several coding challenges, a couple of quick interviews, and delivered a short impromptu presentation.
Awesome process, as it allowed the grads to see the culture of Xero and created a more relaxed environment which allowed for a better overview of what the grads were like and what the company is like. This allowed both parties to make more informed decisions about potential employment.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xero in May 2024
Interview
Xero grad day had a fun presentation that we could prepare before hand, a catch up/tour with a Xero ambassador, and a behavioral interview. Felt like a big day but it was fun to learn about technical challenges through the presentation brief we got assigned to.

Interview
Behavioural -> technical -> video interview -> assessment centre.
Video interview consists of 5 questions, each with a lot of preparation time. These questions are all behavioural and would be good to use the STAR technique.
