The Interview was good and easy. Started with a recruiter call, then an on-site interview with some technical questions. Offer was sent after but I got another opportunity with a different company and took that instead.

Focused on communication and technical skills. 5 rounds with a screening at last. Basic questions
Starts with a google form and meetings in gmeet.
First recruited as contract employees and converted to fte as per performance
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Bengaluru) in Oct 2013
Interview
Only one round was taken which involves all kind of questions ranging from technical to managerial, HR etc..
Threading concept.
OOPS concept. Inheritance, polymorphism.
