Interview was pretty quick and my interviewer was friendly. We met at a Starbucks where there were several people coming to interview. Mostly asked questions involving past experience and several on decision making in different situations.

Question 1
Describe how you would handle a customer who isn't satisfied with their order.
From my experience, the barista interview process is pretty straightforward. They mostly focus on your customer service skills, how you handle stressful situations, and your ability to work as part of a team.
Easy-going with simple questions. Didn't have to dress up formally. Ended pretty quickly and I didn't need to have previous experience in making bubble tea. Started relatively quickly after I was successful in the interview.
