Interview
There's no initial screening, you're simply left in the dark with a rather substantial assignment.
The job description lacks the information that candidates look for first and foremost. I tried to get answers to my questions before submitting the assignment but HR ghosted me.
Despite putting efforts and time in the work, I was given the "classic" brush-off without any details as to what I had done wrong. They simply said, "We have decided to move forward with other candidates whose backgrounds more closely align with the role's requirements".
When I asked for more information, believing that I should receive a proportionate response to my efforts, I was ghosted once again.
A waste of time. It's very unprofessional and indicative of the company's culture and approach.
