For an iOS Engineer role, it goes like this: Recruiter -> Dev Screening -> Architecture -> Algorithms -> Cultural Fit. It was generally great but there’s a huge focus on algorithms, which was a bit discouraging

Several iOS tasks to provide a solution. Architecture module contained tech issue to resolve via interfaces and implementation. And, of course, system design. Algorithms included one algorithm solution during 30 minutes.
