Normal consulting interview, buddy process then 3 rounds. Guesstimates, profitability etc type of cases. Different type of cases etc. usually a 30 min standard interview. But they already had decided who they want to give the role to pre the main day

The process is kinda long since it has lots of steps -hr screening -manager/director interview (more like a screening interview, asked a bit of technical questions and simple case) -3 case interviews with manager, director (typical market sizing case) -partner interview (behavioral focused)
