The interview consists of watching a video of selling tactics. They ask you different questions and things you liked and noticed. You then have a group discussion and they are really watching how engaged you are. Participate and answer questions. The people who just sat there did not get called back. There are multiple parts to the interview, but the part I'm talking about is the group interview.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
