Hiring process consists of:
- Technical task (Hackerrank) with SQL and Python questions
- Technical interview (1 hour)
- (Digital) On-site consisting of five 45 minutes interviews (project presentation, then mix of technical, situational, motivational)
After the technical task, with positive feedback, NO data scientist was available for an entire month to do a 1 hour interview, which by itself is pretty silly.
However, every interaction has been very professional, the people I spoke with were very well prepared on the topics we discussed.
Finally, after the 5+ hours on-site interviews, the decision was not to move forward, without a single feedback or justification, except that "The positions we had available have unfortunately been filled", which I wouldn't call a feedback.
