The interview was quite intense with 2 rounds. One is GD and the other is PI. It was a campus placement in college itself. There was a panel of 3 members.

Why do you want to get into relationship management?
General questions related to NBFC and Financial institutions and there financial performance matrices were asked. Key skills related to am preperation, ratings, covenant monitoring is required for the role. Work life balance is there however one need to work on holidays for completing the given task

Campus recruitment was smooth, there were 02 rounds - 1st by HR where in general questions were asked about my background and strengths, 2nd by the hiring manager where in they asked about my capabilities and provided various scenarios and asked me to provide my view of the same and the outcome was provided on the same day
