100% Discriminative! The position has been posted and passed to a recruiting company for over two months. Their suggestions indicated that my background was not fit for the role. I have questioned since I have a Master have been working in the administrative environment for 12 years now; the scope of responsibilities was elementary to perform. An alarming indicator was that my foreign background was not of their preference. They offer great pay, which is unquestionable. And I am sure maybe a small number of people will overturn the unjustifiable, and it is impossible to hide the company culture.
