Yorktown Systems Group interview questions

Started with a 1hr and 15 min phone interview by the Deputy PM (due to Project Mgr referral); Received a call the next day to schedule a panel interview with 4 personnel (PM, DepPM, Project Mgr and Tech Mgr); Received a call and offered the job from Corporate to discuss Pay and Benefits. The Interview itself was a typical panel type forum, I was asked technical, past experiences, scenario, and "personality fit" questions. I found it a little odd that the PM was asking his questions like he was in a military board and not in a conversation type way (I found out he was a new PM out of the Military).
