Short, hour long interview about skills and experience. Interview was pleasant and the interviewers were friendly. It was raining out so we had a nice discussion on electricity and lightning.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Your Life Care Management Services (Gosforth, North East England, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
On site interview with the estate manager which lasted about 30 minutes then i had to return and have the same interview with the same lady and an estates manager from another development as he wasn’t available the first time. Sent off for DBS, started 2-3 weeks later, one week shadowing followed by lone working my own rota.
