I like the process of interview, First round is HR Round. normal introduction, then 3 round of mock interview about all. then one round of machine round. In the machine round there is a question about insert, update, delete and select using store procedure in single page using ajax, and with dynamic selection of schemas and tables using drop down list. apply exception handling and validation.
