After qualifying a Online aptitude test(Medium difficulty, I was called for Face to Face interview in Pune Office.First round we were given a Case study about some Company and their sales, and had all the data in Tables,we had to analyse the Tables and answer few questions regarding the data provided about company. We had to write either SQL queries, or prepare an algo to answer the questions where can we recommend changes in way data is stored. Then after sometime I was called
for Discussion on what I had presented a solution.There were some redundant columns, etc which i explained. Then after some Puzzles. I passed that and after I had another discussion with other Senior Member of ZS.It went around for half an hour and he asked programming, puzzles. ALL went good but then Hr communicated to me after a day I am not selected. Most Probably because I couldnot assure Senior member that I am ready to work on non core CS projects of ZS. I had many networking Projects also, so he asked me again again if I will be okay in ZS.

Interview
This is a 3 stage process. First, they give you a case study. Secondly, there is an interview on general topics (academics, experience) and the Case Study you did. Thirdly, there is another interview which is mostly a personality test and has questions on general topics with some quizzes and/or puzzles.

The first round consisted of a general aptitude test which mainly consisted of Data Interpretation questions . Rest of it was relatively easy. The second round was a video round where most of the questions were guess estimates or general behavioural questions.

Good and Tough, the Interviewer was frank and helped in between if you get stuck and will provide hints for complex queries and be confident of what you say and always backup your answer.
