3) 2 hour phone interview consisting of behavioural/fit questions, then a case study with diagrams of sales vs. time and similar, discussion of different options
4) two online tests (cubiks online, see site for examples), one for logic, the other testing numerical with questions analysing all types of different charts (pie, line, scatter, etc)
5) invited for interview at office for four 1:1 interviews (see a-d)
a) open case interview: 4 cases in 30 min., each with graphs that you had to analyse and discuss. A market sizing question
b) analytical case interview: standard case interview/business problem, but with graphs and excel data
c) behavioural interview, normal HR questions but also random market sizing question
d) 60 min. in-tray interview consisted of solo prep with business problem which included 13 emails and several excel sheets with data, had to present 1:1 findings then 30 min. to prepare presentation on A4 pages, like powerpoint slides to hand in.
6) an hour of lunch included, with employees, chance to speak to all levels of people; analysts, associate consultants, consultants. very friendly, bright and very open. great company!
