Overall process was really slow, 2 weeks at least between each stage / communication.
At first, there was an HR interview which was supposed to identify my career aspiration and interests to match an ideal position.
Then it took 2.5 months for go over the whole interviewing process. HR was trying to set up all interviews during inconvenient hours in the middle of working days and was completely ignoring my preferences. I wanted it to be reasonable time from 9 to 11 am or evening hours after 4 pm, but HR never ever asked my preferences. I used to receive emails from them like "Hi, your interview is tomorrow at 3.30 pm." No choice. So I had to cancel those appointments and keep asking for compromise time.
At the end of the process (after 6 interviews) I've got a really silly offer. The offer was about a lower title than I used to have for last 10 years working for major international companies here in Europe. Compensation package was out of the market level, even for the offered position. And the offer was not matching with initial discussion about my goals, preferences, seniority level. It was actually 2 levels lower than the title we were discussing at first interview.
I thought there was some misunderstanding with an offer and it is simply not mine. I've asked for clarification twice, but HR did not bother to answer at any of it during the whole month.
Extremely disappointed with whole process and result, but mostly with the waist of my time.
