Four interviews, starting with a recruiter screening, followed by a design deep dive, a whiteboard challenge and finally, an interview with hiring manager. Pretty smooth and thorough.
The recruiter made the interview experience really top-notch, and I felt set up for success at all times.

Question 1
In the interview with recruiter, they described the position and the company. I was asked general questions about my experiences, motivations and background.
During the design deep dive, a lot of questions about the projects - as expected. Make sure to read the Medium article, it has very good tips on how to present your projects.
In the whiteboard challenge, be prepared to go through three different problems: one regarding adding content to the Zalando front page, another regarding checkout and a third one about an imaginary app to broaden the Zalando offering.

I have found the job opening at Linkedin, applied and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later.
The process was quite fast from then on, having all interviews (a conversation with the Recruiter, one with the Hiring Manager and three more technical interviews) within one week, having received the offer by the end of the second week,

Question 1
Over the course of all interviews I have talked about my experience, presented a couple of case studies from my portfolio, have been asked about my ways of working, processes, specific experiences (and how I handled them), among other questions, and did a whiteboard design challenge.
Everything was professional. They asked valid questions and supported me during the whole process. The feedback wasn't clear. But I understood that I was not a good fit for them.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted ~3-4weeks later. I was contacted via email multiple times, the email explained that the company wanted to push on my interview process and have it done as soon as possible. I had one 15min meeting with the recruiter, where she also highlighted I would be going to next stages. I was told I would be receiving emails to join multiple meetings. However, I never heard from Zalando again or received any invitations and was just basically ghosted.
