Interview
These guys will waste a lot of your time. Please keep another offer in hand and then negotiate. They will choose the one that's cheaper for the company, which is fair on their part. Secondly, don't get swayed away by the HR's sweet talk; she will lead you on forever if you're being nice and considerate. I won't take her name. I cleared all their rounds, wrote such nice scripts for the assignment, and gave 6 surely high-performing script options, which they agreed to pay for initially. I didn't mind it then because I was stuck on delivering value. 2 months passed by, and they didn't pay for it. I don't care about the money tho. Guys, don't apply here!!!!!!!
Interview process was smooth, they were quite flexible to re adjust work or alot more time for sample assignments. Overall a good experience. The interviewer was professional as well and was taken by the design head. A sweet yet affirmative atmosphere of the workplace as well. Mostly I was asked questions about my previous experience of work while looking at my Portfolio.
