Pros - people were generally friendly throughout; recruiter was nice though a bit inconsistent with communicating in a timely manner; gave feedback post-interview which was definitely a plus Cons - interviewed with a peer who spent the whole time typing every single word on the laptop as I answered questions, which felt a bit odd considering that I would think it'd be impt to get to know each other! maybe that's the norm for companies these days, but found it off-putting, so be prepared! Other notes - focus was only on behavioral questions all the way up to the 1st on-site
