I was contacted by the hiring manager on LinkedIn in September and did a screening call with them - this was after they initially mixed up and didn't show up for this call initially and we rescheduled. After the screening call, which was very pleasant and I felt I had done well in I was told to mail back my availability to go to the next round and meet the people involved in the next step of the process. I never heard back from this at all and I could see my message was read, after the first mix up after screening call to then be ghosted like this was really disappointing for a major tech company that states that they value people's time.
