The recruiter was very friendly and scheduled me for a three hour interview at the office after I completed a screening phone interview with her.
I was set to interview with four separate people and then complete an online activity about how I'd respond to separate emails. Although I thought the interview with three of the folks went well, one of the folks I met with was very cold. I believe that she also happened to be the director of payroll, and I felt extremely uncomfortable around her. I never throw the race card around, but I think that she would've been much more friendlier if I wasn't of Hispanic decent. Needless to say, I wasn't offered the position despite having almost two years of similar work experience, a bachelor's degree, and stellar references.
