In short, super lengthy, ambiguous and uncoordinated. After three weeks of applying online, I was contacted by HR for a phone screening interview. Followed by a phone interview with a senior data scientist. Then a different HR person took over, and I was given a timed take home test which had a theoretical and coding part. After not hearing back for a couple weeks, I followed up with HR to find out that the company has decided put the position on hold for another month. Meanwhile, I had applied for another role at the company and a third HR person wanted to start the whole process from the beginning.
